Deben Willow Care Ltd are now planning for our 2022 recruitment drive.

 

We are looking to employ full time teams of 6 and 7 staff members to service our increasing customer bases in the Ipswich, Woodbridge areas and additionally to the Leiston, Saxmundham and Framlingham areas.

 

Why you may ask are the team numbers we are looking at so specific? With years of experience we know to maintain, grow, and consistently improve staff wages, we need a well-structured business planning and recruitment process to maintain the best working standards for our front line care staff.

 

For this we are looking to pay incentives for you to join our team with a competitive wage structure, paid training to enhance your skill base which again will increase your salary.

 

An example of our competitive rates of pay being Christmas and New Year paid at £24.00 - £25.00 per hour.
