We can either be contacted by telephone, or email. We will direct you to our designated Customer Service Representatives to detail your full requirements or enquiry. Our teams are fully dedicated to providing you with step by step guidance into the process of starting care with us. We are committed to ensuring you gain a personalised bespoke care package that meets your individual needs.
We have a detailed knowledge of service provision and understand each client has different personal needs, choices and expectations to achieve specific outcomes. We believe that by listening we are learning more about the individual and their life story and journey to care. From this we believe we can ensure that our care provision becomes personalised to them. At Deben Willow Care we believe that no two services of care are the same, because we are all individual in our requirements.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible in producing the bespoke care plan you have specified, paying attention to every detail. Once constructed you will be required to peruse for guaranteed satisfaction.
Your requirements will be outlined to the care team who will be attending to you on their visits. We like to try and ensure that we use the same carers within each area, meaning that you will become familiar with the carers and build a trusted working relationship with the team.
We use secure electronic systems, ensuring all care staff are fully detailed with all of the client's requirements.
The Customer Service Representative will be in regular contact with care plan reviews and to ensure our service is meeting both your requirements and expectations. They will also facilitate any change your care plan requires.
We use an electronic care planning system called "Pass", this enables our staff to fully access all information in a responsive manner. Our system can be accessed remotely by specified family and support networks, our Customer Service Representative will be able to advise you through the security measures and process to accessing this service.
