Whether you are looking for a job in care work so that you can support your own family, a rewarding career working in the care sector or you are looking for a stepping stone to guide your way through to a career as a paramedic, nurse or similar we would like to help you. Our current jobs are listed below - our rates of pay are very good for the industry, it is also worth noting that we really do want to be recognised as the best care provider to work for - take a look through the other benefits that we can offer you:

We start with some of the best hourly rates in the industry.

As we work with you developing your skills, knowledge experience and formal qualifications there are opportunities to earn more.

Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays.

Just like with your own family our clients need your support and help every day of the week. The hourly rate is enhanced over the weekends and bank holidays.

Mileage travel payments at 35p per mile.

Our supervisors will work with you to organise the most effective route planning and time at clients, we pay 35 pence per mile for your work journeys.

Nest Pension.

We contribute to your pension, that figure is currently 3% of what you earn.

Full induction training.

Our goal is to be the best care provider - that's a big bold statement and we recognise that we can only acheive that goal if we have an excellent team. This is why we are also determined to be the best care provider to work for and training is a big part of that. We start with a full induction, two reasons - firstly we need to ensure that our clients are in safe hands (you will find us an open and honest company to work for), secondly to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in your role and the standards to which we work to.

Free “in house” training.

We believe that to be the best at what we do we all need training and we invest in our own trainer. Whilst many will be very experienced and comfortable in the work that they are doing some may wish for a little more support and it is there, in the office for you. For those wishing to climb the career ladder this is a big benefit.

Excellent progression opportunities.

We want to help you climb the career ladder. We also recognise that you may want to work with us for two years to get the experience so that you can move on to train as a nurse or a paramedic - that works for us too and we would be happy to help you on your career path.

Company uniform.

We are suprised that some companies don't offer this. Comfortable and practical clothing that looks good too!

DBS payments refunded after probation period.

At the start you need to cover the costs of your DBS - this is refunded to you after the completion of your probation.

And we will value you as a member of our team.

At Deben Willow Care we want to be proud of every member of the team, we all work hard to achieve the goal to be the best care provider - we recognise that every role undertaken by every member of the team has a valuable part in achieving that objective.
