I would like to restart carer of the month and recognise our carers commitment and care to our clients by rewarding each month a carer that has gone above and beyond.
You are all amazing carers and I want you to know that you are appreciated, especially due to how difficult the care industry has been over the last 3 years. I want my focus to be on appreciating our carers.
Please send me pictures as well of the things that you have done for our clients, this could be anything that you have done above and beyond.
You could nominate a colleague if you wish so, please send me your reasons why. Our carer of the month will be contacted and awarded a certificate and a gift and recognised for their hard work.
